Clients who want to refresh their bathroom quickly, adding modern elegance and functionality while avoiding weeks of disruption.
Our exclusive 6-day method is designed for homeowners who need a fast, organized, and high-quality bathroom renovation with minimal disruption. Here’s how it works:
Planning & Material Selection – Before the project begins, we schedule detailed meetings to define every aspect of your new bathroom. We help you choose tile design, toilet, vanity, niches, shower valves and finishes, drain style, color palette, and all other details. Having all materials selected and ready on-site ensures a smooth, uninterrupted schedule.
Day 1 – Demolition & Subfloor Prep – We remove the old fixtures and materials, making necessary adjustments to the subfloor and preparing niches for your new layout.
Day 2 – Plumbing & Waterproofing – We install or adjust plumbing lines, set the new shower valve, and fully waterproof the shower area, preparing it for tile installation.
Day 3 – Flooring Installation – Both the shower floor and main bathroom floor are installed with precision and proper leveling.
Days 4 & 5 – Walls, Niches & Tile Finishes – We build your shower walls, install niches, and complete all tile work for a sleek, elegant look.
Day 6 – Final Fixtures & Details – We install the shower trim, valves, toilet, vanity, and any remaining accessories, ensuring every detail is finished to perfection.

We stand by the quality of our work. All bathroom renovations performed under the Project 6 Days method come with a 1-year limited warranty on labor and installation. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions.
Since 2017, NJR Bathrooms has been dedicated to transforming bathrooms across Massachusetts with precision, speed, and exceptional craftsmanship. As a fully licensed and insured contractor, we hold both a Construction Supervisor License and a Home Improvement Contractor License, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance with state regulations.
We pride ourselves on working with our own in-house team of qualified, licensed professionals, carefully selected for their expertise and attention to detail. From start to finish, we deliver a seamless renovation experience, using top-quality materials and proven techniques to create bathrooms that are functional, elegant, and built to last.
At NJR Bathrooms, we believe your bathroom remodel should be stress-free, on schedule, and tailored to your lifestyle. Whether it’s a quick 6-day transformation or a fully customized luxury design, we’re committed to exceeding expectations and adding lasting value to your home.
We’ve developed a proven step-by-step process, with all planning and material selections completed before work starts, allowing us to work efficiently without delays. Our in-house licensed team follows a precise schedule that ensures speed without compromising quality.
For part of the renovation, yes, the bathroom will be out of service — but our entire process is designed to keep that time as short as possible. With our 6‑day renovation method, we work efficiently and with a clear daily plan so your bathroom is back in full working order within that timeframe. For homes with only one bathroom, we coordinate with you in advance, communicate daily, and do everything possible to minimize downtime and inconvenience — making sure you can enjoy your new space in just 6 days.
We handle the vast majority of the work ourselves with our in‑house team, ensuring quality and consistency from start to finish. The only exceptions are plumbing and electrical work, which in Massachusetts require specific licenses. For those tasks, we work with trusted, licensed professionals who meet our high standards, while all other aspects of the renovation are completed by me and my team.
Yes — I am fully licensed and insured to perform this type of work in Massachusetts. I hold a valid Construction Supervisor License (CS‑121538) and a Home Improvement Contractor registration. My team and I are covered by General Liability and Worker’s Compensation insurance, as required by state law, ensuring your project is completed safely, professionally, and in compliance with all regulations.
In Massachusetts, both homeowners and contractors can apply for permits. To make things easier for you, I can handle the entire permit process on your behalf — preparing the paperwork, submitting it to the town, and coordinating any required inspections. If you prefer to apply for the permit yourself, I’m happy to guide you step-by-step so everything is done correctly and in compliance with local regulations.
Our estimates cover almost all aspects of the renovation, including demolition, debris disposal, subfloor work, waterproofing, tile installation labor, plumbing connections, and all finishing labor. However, certain items are not included in the initial quote — such as valves and their trim, shower glass doors, tile, vanity, and toilet.
These items are excluded because their prices can vary greatly depending on brand, style, and quality. By separating them from the labor estimate, you have full control over the quality and style of your materials, and you can clearly see how much you’re investing in materials versus labor.
We’re happy to guide you in selecting these items so they match your budget and style while ensuring they are compatible with the project. Any changes to the agreed scope or unforeseen issues (like hidden water damage or structural repairs) would be discussed with you first and added through a written change order, so there are no surprises.
We can work either way — you can purchase the materials yourself, or we can supply them for you. For our 6‑day renovation method, it’s important that all materials are selected and available before the project starts to keep the schedule on track. Some items, like valves, trims, tile, vanity, toilet, and glass doors, are not included in our labor estimate because their prices can vary a lot depending on style, brand, and quality. If you prefer, we can guide you through the selection process to make sure everything fits your budget, matches your design vision, and is compatible with the installation.
We provide a 1‑year workmanship warranty on all of our bathroom renovations, covering the quality of our installation and ensuring everything is done to code. All materials you choose also carry the manufacturer’s warranty. For major remodels, Massachusetts law also provides an implied 3‑year warranty of habitability, which means the work must remain safe, functional, and code‑compliant. We stand by our work and are committed to addressing any issues that may arise within the warranty period.
We treat your home with care. We use floor coverings, seal off the work area with plastic barriers, and clean up debris daily. Our goal is to keep dust and mess to a minimum so the rest of your home stays clean and safe during the project.
Our method delivers a true renovation, not just a quick cover‑up. Modular panels may be faster to install, but they often lack the durability, style, and customization that real tile work provides. With our process, you get proper waterproofing, custom layouts, premium finishes, and a bathroom built to last — all still completed in just 6 days.
Our service area covers four key counties in Massachusetts — Worcester, Norfolk, Essex, and Middlesex
